I am José Carlos Salazar Quesada. I was trained as an industrial engineer and later completed Finance and Marketing MBAs. For more than a decade I designed data solutions, dashboards, automation, and operational systems inside companies such as Walmart, Pfizer, Hewlett Packard, and Boston Consulting Group. At BCG I led AI enablement for the Lisbon office and worked on complex multi-region learning and analytics programs.

Along the way, yoga became a transformative practice. I have practiced for ten years and taught for five, with formal certifications in Ashtanga (including 500-hour training) and meditation. Teaching individuals at home and teams inside organizations showed me the power of presence, resilience, and a clearer relationship with oneself.

I also walked a personal financial path that began with real necessity (taking responsibility for a household mortgage while finishing university) and grew into ownership of multiple properties and eventually the freedom to leave corporate life and build as an entrepreneur in Lisbon. That lived experience informs how I guide others around money.

Today I run several complementary ventures from Lisbon: practical analytics and AI for founders, Ashtanga yoga for individuals and teams, personalized financial guidance, AI literacy sessions for children aged 7–12, and Brighter Latitude, a personalized travel company focused on thoughtful journeys. I am also a board member with SOS Children's Village.

What unites everything is a simple belief: real progress comes from systems that fit the person or organization, not the other way around. Whether the medium is data, the body, money, or learning, I start by listening carefully and then build something that can actually be lived with.
